1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the jili90 platform under these Terms and Conditions or any predecessor version thereof.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through jili90's responsible gaming tools that remains in effect at the time of registration or login.

Section 4

4 Account Registration

To access jili90's full range of Services, including real-money gaming and withdrawals, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern account registration and ongoing account obligations:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify jili90 promptly of any changes to this information via the account settings or customer support.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jili90. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, payment method, device, or contact details used — is strictly prohibited. jili90 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban duplicate accounts and to void all associated balances and winnings.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. jili90 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jili90 support immediately.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jili90 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued National ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jili90 may place a temporary hold on account funds pending the outcome of a KYC review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jili90 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili90 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by any verified player with a positive real-money balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jili90 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.

Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a pending security review on the account; (c) the account balance is derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement; or (d) the account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on jili90 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion rates will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. jili90 is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversion fluctuations.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jili90 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. jili90 reserves the right to request documentation explaining the source of funds at any time. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be suspended immediately, with all relevant information reported to competent authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 6

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jili90 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are available to players who have created a verified account and meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the promotion page for each individual offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• jili90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has partially completed wagering requirements, jili90 will assess claims for partial credit on a case-by-case basis.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim bonus offers more than once is classified as bonus abuse and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• jili90 reserves the right to request additional verification from any player claiming a bonus where unusual activity is detected.

Section 7

7 Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on jili90 is governed by the rules of the individual game or betting market in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participation.

7.1 Casino Games

Casino games — including slots, live casino tables, table games, and crash games — are provided by independent licensed game studios including but not limited to JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules set by the respective provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the provider and are accurate to the figures stated in the game information panel.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jili90 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili90 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in game logic or platform code. Any such vulnerability must be reported to jili90 support immediately rather than exploited.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to structured wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising risk, or exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play.
• Using the jili90 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other means designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.

9 Responsible Gaming

Section 10

10 Account Suspension & Closure

jili90 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for criminal purposes.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is filed against jili90 by the player or on their behalf.
• The player is identified as being under the age of 18.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order that was not declared at registration.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined by jili90's inactivity policy in force at the time.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any bonus funds, pending wagers, and applicable charges will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. jili90 is not obligated to return funds where the closure is a result of a breach of these terms by the player.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jili90 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any jili90 content; modify or create derivative works from platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on platform content; or use platform content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of jili90.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili90 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: technical failures or platform downtime; errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or decisions made by the player in the course of gaming activity.

jili90's total aggregate liability to any player, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jili90 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms
